Total Commerce is a Shopify application that enables merchants to offer multiple revenue models including rental, leasing, subscriptions, buyback, resale, and try-before-you-buy options. The Service includes the application, related APIs, and any associated documentation.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Have a valid Shopify store
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Total Commerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Total Commerce, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
